Acupuncture utilises very fine needles, called 'pins', in order to stimulate points along the Meridian channels.

Dr Mitch uses the Balance Method system coupled with influence from the Ba Gua to use minimal pins to maximum effect.

Traditional Chinese Herbs can be a very effective tool to help nourish the body and help improve then effects of an Acupuncture treatment.

Prescribed herbs are formulated herbs which come in pill form for ease of use.

Traditional Chinese massage is performed through clothes, with no oil. Liniments may be used to aid the treatment of muscle pain and help move qi and blood.

These techniques may be used after an Acupuncture treatment to release any tightness remaining in the body.
